In the spring of 2023, Trey accepted a full athletic scholarship to play basketball and pursue his degree at the historic College of Saint Rose to play under the legendary tutelage of Brian Beaury. During the latter part of his freshman fall semester, the board of trustees of College of Saint Rose voted to close the school at the end of the May 2024 semester. With the help of his athletic director and Coach Beaury, Trey has entered the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility left.
